Return Policy

  • متاح الاستبدال او الاسترجاع الاوردر في خلال ٤٨ ساعه من الاستلام
  • في حال الاستبدال ل اول مره يتحمل العميل نصف مصاريف االشحن فقط
  • في حال استرجاع الاوردر يتحمل العميل مصاريف الشحن كامله
  • في حاله الاسترجاع يتم اولا معاينه الاوردر ثم تحويل المبلغ
  • You may return or exchange the item within 48 hours of receiving it.
  • In the case of exchange (first time only) , the customer will pay half of the shipping cost.
  • In the case of a return, the customer will pay the full shipping cost.
  • In case of a return, the order will be inspected first, and then the refund will be processed.
